  "Tim, do you want to come back to my place."

As they walked up to her apartment building Tim started acting nervous, as if he didn't want to be seen outside with her.

  "No it's nothing."

  "Seriously you're acting really strange, did you change your mind? I thought we were having a good time. Do you have a girlfriend or something?"

  "No I just, I kind of dated someone that lived here once."

  Kate instantly had a feeling of who it was, there was a tall blonde four units down from her that was the only other person under ninety years old in the complex.

  "Listen is it going to be a problem?"

  "No she probably doesn't even remember what I looked like, let's just get inside where's your unit?"

  They walked towards her door and as she unlocked it and led him in she could sense that something was very wrong. He closed the door behind himself gently and she walked into the center of the room and turned to look at him

  "Do you have a roommate or anything?"

  "No, why?" He turned his back towards her so that he was facing the door again. "Why do you ask Tim?" She could feel her stomach tighten up, she couldn't figure out why she was so nervous all of sudden but something felt very wrong. Tim turned his back towards her, and fumbled with something. When he turned back around she saw that he had taken the mask from where it was on the back of the door and put it on himself.

  "Without all the clothes and wearing the masks I guess I didn't recognize you either Kate."

  Kate's hands came up to the back of her neck and she started to unzip her dress. "Tonight let's try it without the masks..."
